    Ratio and proportion:
    = 1 daffodil to 2 tulips
    = (1 daffodil * 20) to (2 tulips * 20)
    = 20 daffodils to 40 tulips
    Answer: 40 tulip bulbs was planted

    Do it one step at a time.
    1 daffodil for 2 tulips, 2 daf… for 4 tulips…She is going to have … for 20 daffodils.
